This is a place with consistently great sushi and other dishes... but I always get the sushi - It is so fresh! The service always friendly... It was a Monday at around 12;30 and the place was almost 80% full which reinforces that they are a local favorite. From an ambiance point of view is also great -- simple design, clean and comfortably spaced tables! Enjoy yourself when you go!

My partner introduced me to Edo Sushi. It's been her long-standing favorite sushi joint. We've generally order for pick-up. On this occassion, the restaurant itself was PACKED!!! That gives you insight into its popularity. I ordered simple rolls. You know, Philadelphia Roll, Rock-n-Roll, Gyoza, and some Unagi Sushi (my favorite). They have a lot to choose from, but at this spot I tend to stick to what I know. My partner ordered her favorites, one of which was not in the bag. They had placed another roll we didn't order in the bag so she called. They gave her a credit tied to her phone number. I thought that was good customer service. We'll be back. We always crave sushi.

I used to frequent the Edo Sushi on Reisterstown Road in Owings Mills. The sushi was always fresh and tasty. I loved the seafood appetizer soup. I also loved their fried oysters. They were hot, light, crispy, with plump, nice delicious oysters inside. I would always get these foods with a refillable nice unsweetened ice tea with Splenda or Equal. The service was excellent and ambiance was nice and quaint. The restroom was clean and pleasant too. I highly recommended this place in Lutherville, MD too. Please go there and enjoy a good time.

Stopped in for lunch to go from Edo Sushi in Timonium , Md . The Chicken Teriyaki was great as was the steamed broccoli and carrots . Wide selection of Sushi and other Japanese dishes .

Jimmy is AWESOME! Worth coming here just for his service. Food is just as good too. No alcohol, but there's a liquor store next door for BYOB. (I recommend a "corking fee" added, but it's not required.

Excellent food, pleasant and tasteful ambience, attentive service. It was a little crowded for 5. There were larger parties in the part of the restaurant that accommodates more than 4 guests at a table, and it was a bit of a squeeze. We'd certainly come back - a great menu to explore.

This cute little spot is located in the padonia strip center. Easy parking. Quiet place and you can BYOB or Wine. Sushi is made fresh and always tastes yummy. They have literally every kind of sushi and sashimi. Or ask and they will make it for you. The staff is knowledgeable and a assist if you need anything explained. There is a lot of take out from here. As whenever I'm there people stream in and out picking up orders. They do have a few other menu items available other than sushi. The place is a bit old when you go in and could use an update but don't let that discourage you from trying this place!

Love to order their party platters- great service, always ready on time for pick up. Sushi and rolls fresh- reasonably priced for the amount of food and arranged beautifully- a big hit at parties

What a great hidden gem we've found! Great sushi spot, it's cozy and cool, food is awesome and service with a smile. I mean, that's really all that needs to be said, but I have to give a little more credit where it's due. When you walk in, the decor is so cool you forget suddenly that you're in a shopping plaza in Timonium. The space is small, but we didn't feel cramped. Smaller parties recommended, but they do a brisk carry-out business as well. Great sushi, there even was a decent selection of non-raw for those that aren't quite there yet. We tried the udon soup and that was delicious too. It appeared be BYOB, I was hoping for some hot sake, but settled for hot tea instead. Will definitely be back!
